“It was an absolute privilege to be on board the Anam Cara, and the owners Dan and Robyn were a delight to sail with! It was the perfect day with a breeze, so the sailing experience was perfect! They show you the basic idea of sailing on a 46’ boat which is so cool! We anchored in front of Sunoka beach and chilled and ate Charcuterie and drank wine. It was super relaxing! Highly recommend this experience to anyone, as it is a very rare one to come by, here in the southern Okanagan! Will do this again for sure!”

“I booked a trip with Dan and Robyn to celebrate my partner's birthday. We wanted to have an experience that we had never tried before. Dan and Robyn were nothing short of incredible from the moment we met. They were hospitable, accommodating, and so darn friendly (I truly cannot emphasize this enough!) They have an amazing ability to make you feel like you've been lifelong friends even on your first meeting. Both are highly knowledgeable and open to sharing that knowledge, and will be patient as they teach you the ropes (literally!) My partner was able to steer for a large majority of the trip, and he still says it was the greatest birthday he could've ever imagined. The weather was perfect, but the company was nonpareil. I cannot recommend Robyn and Dan highly enough. Although this was our first trip with them, we can guarantee we will spend more time with them in the future.”

“We had a fantastic sunset wine tour with amazing hosts Dan & Robin. They picked us up in their dinghy at the boat dock at Naramata’s Manitou Park, and brought us aboard their beautiful boat. The experience included deep yet accessible explanations of navigation, the unique design features of the boat, and the natural and human history of the south Okanagan. The sunset, swimming off the boat, and warm winds were as wonderful as the conversation. Highly recommend.”
